We partnered with six leading advertising agencies to demystify job roles and encourage industry accessibility. How? Through having some of their employees speak about what they actually do for their jobs.

All six agencies have committed to distributing Day of Wrk, and this hub, as a resource whenever they hire for an entry-level role — ensuring that young people are no longer just relying on a job spec to understand what a job role truly entails when they’re applying for something. And for those from underrepresented backgrounds, they can hopefully see someone that looks like them in the advertising industry.
